Organisers

Every year a lot of people work to make the IFDA Ball work. There's a lot of work involved - from viewing hotels to the framing of the awards and back. Here are the people that have brought you the Awards Balls thus far.

2007
Paul Cronin was the organiser and the event took place in the Clarion Hotel IFSC on the northside of the city. It was the first ever IFDA Ball and will be remembered by very few! Only joking - Paul put a huge amount of time and effort into the ball and it was a suitably grand affair with tasty food, a great rugby match and even a full Chimp suit in attendance.

2008
Paul Cronin was the organiser and the event took place in the Clarion Hotel on the northside of the city. It will be remembered for the very impressive food and for having an excellent wine reception.

2009
Peter Forde was the organiser and the event took place in the Berkley Court Hotel on the southside of the city. It will be remembered for the brilliant location, Dave's video appearance (made by Darron Costello) and the overall quality of both the food and the venue.

2010
Mark Earley is the organiser of the event and it is taking place in the Alexander O'Callaghan Hotel on the southside of the city. Dominick Smyth is helping Mark organise the awards. Who knows what the memories from this year will be?
